Passengers at the Jordan True Flight to London, Jordan’s first ever commercial flight to the UK, arrived in London today and are enjoying the airport’s hospitality.
Jordan True Flight, an Israeli company, flew passengers on its flight from Tel Aviv to London on Sunday.
The flight took more than two hours to land at London’s Heathrow Airport, and the company said the flight lasted more than 90 minutes.
Jordan True says it is “deeply impressed with the professionalism of the team, especially the crew,” and it is hoping the plane will be a success in the future.
“We’re very grateful for the support and cooperation of our airline partners and passengers,” said Jordan True flight CEO Oded Galil.
“I believe the flight will go down as one of the best air shows in the world.”
Jordan True flew passengers from Tel-Aviv to Heathrow, before transferring to London Heathrow and returning to Tel Aviv.
The plane landed at Heathrow International Airport at 9:50 a.m.
EST (2350 GMT), and passengers boarded the plane at 9 p.m., before being taken to the London Heathrows Terminal 3.
Jordan is Jordan’s largest foreign airline.
The company flies more than 300 commercial flights a year, and has an annual turnover of $3 billion.
It is the largest privately-owned airline in the Middle East, according to its website.
