The company is not the only Chinese airline to have offered free Pilate classes.
Air China offers a Pilates class on board its aircraft at Hong Kong’s Hong Kong International Airport, which is only accessible via the plane’s door.
The free Pilater classes at the airport are offered only to mainland Chinese passengers.
“We have a lot of customers that want to take Pilates on board their flights,” said the Air China spokesperson.
Air China has also introduced free Pilator class on its flights to Dubai, the Middle East and North Africa, and Singapore.
A Pilates instructor will take you through your daily routine, such as breathing, walking, etc, in a calming environment and with the goal of strengthening your body.
If you are looking for a Pilate class on the ground, the airline also offers a guided flight that can take you to various locations in China.
You can also purchase Pilates DVDs, Pilates books, and Pilates lessons for $50.
China Airlines has not yet released its flight itinerary for the month of August.
